Aggieland Humane Society has a variety of volunteer opportunities available for individuals, groups, and organizations. Our program also helps students create a substantial volunteer history for resumes and scholarship applications. Visit our website for more information or to fill out an application.

How to become an AgHS volunteer:
Step 1: Fill out an application on our website at https://aggielandhumane.org/volunteer-program/
Step 2: Register for orientation (you will receive information on currently schedule orientations after submitting your application)
Step 3: Begin Volunteering!

Requirements:
- Attend orientation
- Complete 6 hours of service each month

- Canine Obedience Training
- Kitty Kindergarten
- Team Lead Adoption Training
- Adoption Counseling
- Special Events


There is a volunteer fee of $25 per individual. The fee includes: a volunteer t-shirt, volunteer insurance (because you will be working directly with animals,) and our online scheduling system and database.
