The American Cancer Society partners with students at Texas A&M through two student organizations, Aggie Relay and the TAMU Cancer Society.

The committee of Aggie Relay organizes and hosts a campus wide overnight fundraiser called Relay For Life of Aggieland (also known as "Aggie Relay"), which benefits the American Cancer Society. The fundraiser is a team event, made up largely of other student organizations who have raised funds and come together with the common goal to fight cancer. During Relay, Team members take turns walking, camping out, and enjoying entertainment, food, and games in a party atmosphere! It is also a celebration of life dedicated to present and former cancer patients, their families and friends.

TAMU Cancer Society is a chapter of the American Cancer Society's Colleges Against Cancer. Colleges Against Cancer (CAC) is a nationwide collaboration of college students, faculty, and staff dedicated to eliminating cancer by working to implement the programs and mission of the American Cancer Society. With hundreds of chapters nationwide, CAC is showing the world that young people care and want to make a difference. CAC does just that through four strategic directions: Advocacy, Cancer Education, Relay For Life, and Survivorship.
