Do you love to sail, backpack, mountain bike, hike, outdoor STEM and more? Come share your love for the outdoors with Girl Scouts! Find yourself backpacking in the Rockies, teaching girls about the mountains and igniting their inner wild! In some circumstances adventures are provided by scouts. Take a troop for a hike and teach them the basics. Spend a weekend on Lake Somerville for some basic backpacking. Volunteers will assist program staff in planning and running events as well as making connections with organizations. Volunteers will meet once a month, either in person or over the phone to discuss program related material. Volunteer Opportunities are year round.
