Riverwood is a facility dedicated to improving the lives of our residents through community outreach and giving back to our senior citizens. Located in Madisonville, Texas, our facility is home to a wide array of individuals. We are home to war veterans, lottery winners, and many more interesting souls. It is amazing how the attitude of our seniors are improved by the care and concern shown to them by our volunteers and outside services. Our activities department offers different things to occupy the minds and bodies of our residents; table top games, memory exercises/games, history readings, gardening, arts & crafts, parties/music events, as well as a variety of other leisure-type activities. Volunteers can participate in any of these and bond with our residents!

Mission Statement:

Improving the lives of seniors and the disabled with an attitude of gratitude! We hope for volunteers to help the psycho-social needs of every one of our residents.
