In addition to the medical aspect, we also host a week long summer camp to children affected with a neuromuscular disease. This camp allows children of all abilities to come together for a week to experience activities that they would not normally have the opportunity to participate in, while having fun and making lifelong friends. At camp, the focus is not on the disease but on just being a kid.
