Senior Christmas

Summary of Opportunity:

Make a difference in the lives of nursing facility residents and homebound seniors by volunteering for Senior Christmas. Volunteers are needed year-round for the following activities: collecting donations, cataloging and sorting donations, assembling gift bags, and delivering the gifts to seniors.
Gifts are assembled at the Brazos Valley Council of Governments in Bryan and delivered each December to nursing homes and home-bound seniors throughout the Brazos Valley: Caldwell, Brenham, Navasota, Anderson, Bedias, Madisonville, Midway, Normangee, Centerville, Buffalo, Jewett, Marquez, Franklin, Calvert, Hearne, Bremond, Bryan, and College Station.
